Originally had an issue with adding extras to the delivery, something Gustavo was willing to do for me, though it’s not something he usually does. There was a mixup as it wasn’t in his usual work duties, and the additions were forgotten. Gustavo exerted so much effort in making this right and I really appreciate that. Considering his efforts, it’s apparent he cares so much about his work and business. Might I add the bouquet was beautiful too! See for yourselves!

I received a beautiful arrangement from Psychopompos from a friend that was so beautiful and unusual, truly one of a kind! So, when I wanted to send something special to a friend, I called Gustavo. He was amazing to work with! He mentioned a few different kinds of flowers that he had seen recently at the flower market, we discussed color schemes and budget, and he took it from there. Trust this man and don’t micromanage him - let his imagination serve you, you won’t be disappointed! He created a uniquely gorgeous arrangement that was much appreciated and admired, something I could never have envisioned. Thank you, Gustavo!
